We collect information about how you use the Platform, including search queries, vendors you unlock, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to improve search results and your experience on the Platform.

Important: Manufacturer contact details (WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, websites) unlocked through the Platform are provided solely for your direct business use. All communication between you and manufacturers is private and not monitored or stored by SourceHawk.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
